Experience as the technical owner for a production service or platform capability.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver Java-based platform services, APIs, and distributed systems.
Lead technical initiatives spanning multiple services or teams.
Remain hands-on through implementation, prototyping, reviews, and production support.
Collaborate with Product, Security, and Architecture to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Improve performance, availability, observability, and operational readiness.
Mentor engineers through design reviews and knowledge sharing.
