• Define and drive architecture for Java-based platform services.
• Lead multi-team initiatives spanning product areas.
• Hands-on prototyping and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Architecture leaders.
• Guide cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Improve performance, availability, observability, and security.
• Mentor Senior and Staff Engineers through architecture reviews.
