Job summary

ServiceTitan’s mobile platform powers field technicians across North America. As a Senior Staff Engineer, iOS, you’ll set the long-term technical vision, drive cross-company architectural alignment, and push Apple ecosystem capabilities to their fullest potential.

Lead the design of scalable iOS frameworks, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, data, and backend leadership to shape a high-performance mobile platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of mobile application development experience with deep iOS specialization.
• Expert-level mastery of Swift and performance-oriented design.
• Defined architecture for large-scale mobile platforms across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate trade-offs to engineers and non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year technical vision for ServiceTitan's iOS platform and establish architecture standards.
• Lead design of next-generation mobile frameworks and foundational systems for scalable iOS.
• Partner with product, design, data, and backend leadership to shape long-range roadmaps.
• Serve as technical authority for iOS, aligning multiple engineering orgs and decisions.
• Identify and drive strategic technical investments in Apple frameworks and platform enhancements.
• Architect scalable integrations with backend services via GraphQL and data access patterns.
