Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a senior product engineering leader to drive end-to-end lifecycle execution for IC products, from concept through qualification and high-volume manufacturing.

You will apply advanced data analytics to characterize device performance, lead reliability, ESD, and latch-up strategies, and partner across design, applications, reliability, and test teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering required.
• Proven experience with product qualification, reliability, and failure analysis.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and statistical analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle execution from concept to ramp to high-volume manufacturing.
• Define and drive validation, characterization, and qualification strategies.
• Demonstrate a track record releasing IC products into production and sustaining performance.
• Apply statistical analysis to characterize device electrical performance and parametric behavior.
• Lead reliability qualification, ESD, and latch-up strategies and data analysis.
• Drive cross-functional investigations and corrective actions.
