Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack to join our Machine Identity Management CyberArk team. You will design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications that help organizations discover, manage, and secure machine identities across complex enterprise environments.

You will work across the full technology stack, building modern web apps, scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Backend services using Java or Go.
• Frontend with React and TypeScript.
• Designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Frontend architecture and state management.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
• Build cloud-native backend services, APIs, and microservices that power Machine Identity Management capabilities.
• Develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Build scalable business logic, workflows, and data models supporting high-volume enterprise environments.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, reusable UI components, state management, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across both frontend and backend systems.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and engineering best practices.
