Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Machine Identity Management CyberArk team, focusing on building frontend platform experiences that provide visibility and control of machine identities at scale. You will design and develop modern, data-driven user interfaces that surface complex backend systems, workflows, and integrations in a clear and usable way.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend or full-stack software development experience.
• Strong experience building frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Experience building data-driven or workflow-based user interfaces.
• Understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance considerations.
• Ability to work across teams and contribute to delivering complex features.

Responsibilities

• Design and build frontend applications using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript).
• Develop data-rich interfaces that visualize system state, workflows, and platform activity.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Contribute to frontend design and implementation, including state management and performance optimization.
• Build reusable components and contribute to shared UI patterns.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, including performance and data handling challenges.
• Contribute to improvements in development workflows, testing, and CI/CD.
