Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in a senior/staff role.
• Expertise in designing and building full stack applications.
• Strong Ruby on Rails programming skills.
• Experience leading engineering initiatives and mentoring other engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of complex, scalable systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Drive code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and improve development processes.
• Influence the engineering roadmap and identify gaps.
