Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years at the Staff or Principal level.
• Proven track record of building and shipping crypto-native systems—whether protocols, infrastructure, or full-stack products.
• Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and production-grade architecture.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Strong comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading architecture and implementation of a new L1/L2, on-chain product, or zero-knowledge protocol.
• Building developer platforms, staking infrastructure, or MEV-aware systems at scale.
• Driving technical strategy and roadmap for teams shipping complex crypto systems.
• Mentoring engineers and establishing an engineering culture at the earliest stages.
• Working directly with founders and research teams to push forward novel mechanisms or primitives.
