Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a senior Design Engineer in North Carolina to design complex analog and power ICs. You will develop transistor-level analog blocks, support PMIC architectures, and collaborate with layout, verification and product teams to meet stringent datasheet requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in analog/power circuit design and mixed-signal integration.
• Strong knowledge of CMOS/BICMOS processes and layout tradeoffs.
• Proficiency with mixed-signal verification and Verilog/RTL is a plus.
• Experience with Cadence tools and parasitic extraction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform transistor level design of analog/power circuits for complex PMICs and modules.
• Interface with layout, verification, test, product and applications engineers.
• Lead reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet datasheet specs.
• Guide layout for high-speed precision operations and performance.
• Run block/top-level simulations to verify circuit behavior against requirements.
