Qualifications

• Strong product sense with ability to align stakeholders around a long-term vision.
• Proven success building AI/ML products at fast-growing companies.
• Ability to lead in ambiguous environments and deliver on time.
• Weave data, user feedback and intuition to define product strategy and trade-offs.
• Experience with search is a plus but not required.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering teams and ML tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive Search strategy and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Build innovative new Search features to help users discover inspiration and buy products.
• Investigate opportunities to improve search quality and relevance.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, research, marketing, legal, strategy, and other PMs to drive execution.
