Qualifications

• Experience with custom analog and synthesis flows.

• Proven track record with SPICE-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop novel DRAM circuit architectures for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with architects to identify DRAM circuit bottlenecks.
• Validate architectural hypotheses through circuit design and simulations.
