Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to join our applied AI team building agent-driven workflows for a fast-growing fintech company. You will work with internal teams to develop new workflows, infrastructure, and ways for people and agents to collaborate.

Qualifications

• Five to fifteen years of experience building products from zero to one as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong expertise in at least one full-stack language with experience using TypeScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience building agents with multiple agent SDKs and LLM tools.
• Experience at a venture-backed startup or AI-focused company, ideally as a founder or engineer with project ownership.
• A product mindset with ability to work with stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Strong systems thinking, autonomy, and comfort solving ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack products and AI agents that automate complex, end-to-end workflows.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand processes, gather feedback, and improve agent performance and product design.
• Design and develop infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models for agents to take on meaningful work.
• Take ownership of projects from problem discovery through launch and ongoing reliability.
• Evaluate models, agent SDKs, and LLM tools for different use cases and apply what works to improve workflows.
