Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Electrical Engineer to join a collaborative team focused on advanced medical device electronics. You will design analog and digital circuits, PCBAs, and FPGA-based solutions, working with hardware, software, systems, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver safe, compliant medical products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing analog and digital electronics.
• Strong FPGA design experience and HDL development (VHDL/Verilog).
• Experience with schematic capture, board-level design, and PCB development.
• Experience debugging electronic systems with lab equipment.
• Experience performing verification and validation testing.
• Knowledge of EMC/ESD and signal integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop analog and digital electronic systems, PCBAs, and FPGA-based solutions.
• Design and develop high-performance hardware architectures for medical electronic products.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, systems, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams.
• Define design requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and support architecture decisions.
• Select and qualify components, subsystems, and development tools.
• Perform schematic design, board-level development, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain technical documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead verification and validation testing activities and design reviews.
• Support design transfer to manufacturing and production scale-up.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
