Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years in industrial electrical assembly or manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of NEC for industrial machinery and equipment.
• Experience with Modular Data Center (MDC) assembly or large-scale power skids preferred.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred.
• UL 508A MTR or equivalent experience in UL-certified panel shop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and electrical integration of large-scale data center generators and enclosures.
• Lead wiring inspections, control panels, and power distribution for safety and quality.
• Supervise FAT, continuity and insulation tests, and sign off on as-built documentation.
• Train staff on wiring methods, tool usage, and blueprint reading; enforce LOTO and PPE rules.
