Job summary

Rehlko Uninterruptible Power Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer for Electrical Assembly to lead the end-to-end manufacturing and electrical integration of large-scale data center generators and enclosures.

You will oversee wiring, control panels, and power distribution, ensuring safety and quality before factory release. You will manage a team of assemblers, drive continuous improvement, uphold UL 508A, NEC, NFPA 70/79 compliance, and perform FAT and

Qualifications

ABET-accredited BS in Electrical Engineering.
5–10 years in industrial electrical assembly or manufacturing.
Deep understanding of NEC for industrial machinery and equipment.
Experience with Modular Data Center (MDC) assembly or large-scale power skids preferred.
IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred.
UL 508A MTR or equivalent experience in UL-certified panel shop preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and electrical integration of large-scale data center generators and enclosures.
Lead wiring inspections, control panels, and power distribution for safety and quality.
Supervise FAT, continuity and insulation tests, and sign off on as-built documentation.
Train staff on wiring methods, tool usage, and blueprint reading; enforce LOTO and PPE rules.
