Job summary

Gen Digital Inc. is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to join the Engine by MoneyLion data science team. You will own end-to-end ML model systems, from feature pipelines to real-time serving, delivering direct revenue impact across millions of users daily.

You will lead design and deployment of models for recommendations, pricing, and marketplace optimization, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to turn complex problems into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across data science, machine learning, and data engineering.
• Production ML models and analytics using Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
• Real-time ML systems for recommendations, pricing, bidding, or similar use cases.
• Experience with data warehouses and data pipelines (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Spark).
• Experience with ML platforms/infrastructure (SageMaker, Spark, Ray, MLflow).
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, experiment design, ML theory.

Responsibilities

• Own production ML models for real-time recommendations, pricing, and conversion across the Engine marketplace.
• Design and manage feature pipelines in data warehouse and ensure high-quality features for training and serving.
• Lead A/B testing and translate results into model/product improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, partner managers, and business stakeholders on data science projects.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production with real-time serving infrastructure.
• Advance MLOps practices and tooling for scalable model lifecycle management.
• Present findings and recommendations to executives with business context.
