You will advance causal inference, design complex experiments, develop durable customer segmentation, and mentor the team while shaping an AI-native roadmap aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in data science with strategy impact across multiple initiatives.
• Experience in consumer product engagement, retention, or growth; fintech a plus.
• First-principles approach to translating business strategy into analytics.
• Proven ability to design and interpret complex experiments with causal inference.
• Deep expertise in causal inference, segmentation, and experimentation design.
• Experience building reusable analytics frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make fast data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with AI-native tooling and offline ML models.
• BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, OR, CS, or Econometrics.

Responsibilities

• Set data science strategy across engagement and lifecycle initiatives to evaluate the member lifecycle end to end.
• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners up to VP level.
• Identify new ML and causal inference methodologies and create shareable frameworks.
• Lead experimentation at scale with complex designs and causal inference where needed.
• Build durable segmentation and member understanding to enhance targeting and experiences.
• Shape the AI-native roadmap and guide phased testing with measurement, safety, and ethics considerations.
• Mentor Data Scientists and scale capabilities across the team.
