SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Staff Data Engineer to design and build high-performance data pipelines, reporting APIs, and data products at scale. You will partner with AdsWizz and SXM Media teams to onboard data and deliver insights across platforms.

You will lead architecture discussions, collaborate across engineering and product, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring reliable deployments on AWS/GCP environments.

Competenze

• 12+ years of software engineering experience in Python or Java.

• Design and build high-performance, reliable, and scalable reporting APIs and data pipelines.
• Lead high-level architecture discussions and planning sessions with ad measurement, revenue and addressability data.
• Work with various teams of engineers building software in a collaborative development process.
• Collaborate with the Product team to clarify the scope of the projects by giving thoughtful feedback which challenges and clarifies requirements intent.
• Execute tasks with utmost clarity and precision, demonstrating ownership and direction to drive projects forward.
• Collaborate with Global Operations and Cloud Infrastructure teams to ensure flawless production deployments and support Incident Management.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
