Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex products in a large organization.
• Experience in data security or cloud security markets preferred.
• Experience working with global teams and international markets.
• Willingness to work across US time zones with occasional international travel.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decisions and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customer needs to deliver high-value products.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, delivery, R&D, marketing, sales and support.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders to align initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery and R&D for feasible and timely product delivery.
• Partner with GTM teams to plan and execute product launches.
