Qualifications

• 10+ years building data-intensive systems with leadership experience in compliance data and controls.
• Proven track record guiding technical direction and architecture across product, engineering, compliance, and operations.
• Experience delivering multi-year roadmaps aligned to regulatory and business priorities.
• Strong ability to build reliable data pipelines, models, and multi-tenant controls at scale.
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders and balance regulatory needs with user experience.
