Affirm is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to define and lead technical excellence across Cards. You will partner with engineering leaders to shape strategy, drive reliable and scalable solutions, and champion best practices with a customer-first mindset.

You will mentor engineers, influence architectural choices, and lead high-impact initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver company-wide results.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience across the stack, driving architectural improvements in the backend.
• Experience using React Native, JavaScript, or Kotlin is a plus.
• Track record of leading critical projects across engineering teams.
• Experience shaping technical strategy and reliability initiatives.
• Ability to influence a culture of ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
