• Define the technical direction and long-term roadmap for Cards.
• Lead from the front in using AI to accelerate delivery and quality.

• Set and enforce best practices, architecture, and tooling choices.
• Mentor engineers and grow teams toward Staff level.
• Architect scalable, reliable, high‑performing systems.
• Drive accountability and ownership across teams.
