Affirm is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to define and lead technical excellence across the Cards platform. You will partner with engineering leaders, set strategy, and drive scalable, reliable solutions while mentoring engineers and championing AI-driven initiatives.

You will work across full-stack teams, influence architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver critical initiatives with high quality and ownership.
