You will mentor engineers, guide strategic decisions on platform and tooling, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high‑impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across the stack with backend focus.
• Experience leading large engineering orgs.
• Track record delivering critical cross‑team projects.
• Experience shaping technical strategy for reliability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
