This remote‑first role emphasizes ownership, mentorship, and delivering high‑impact initiatives in a fast‑moving FinTech environment. You will guide platform decisions, mentor engineers to Staff level, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years across the stack with backend/frontend architectural improvements
• Experience using React Native, JavaScript, or Kotlin is a plus
• Proven ability to lead critical projects across multiple engineering teams
• Strong track record of implementing technical strategy for reliability and performance
• Ownership mindset and influence across teams and stakeholders
• Mentor and grow engineers toward Staff level
