Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technical direction for the Launched Effects portfolio and drive scalable, fleet-wide integration patterns.
• Lead development and fielding of mission autonomy, platform interfaces, and multi-agent coordination.
• Mentor senior engineers, shape engineering standards, and help grow technical capability across teams.
• Oversee pre-deployment planning, mission validation, and deployment strategies for multiple programs.
• Provide senior technical leadership during critical flight tests and customer demonstrations.
