You will own end-to-end development from simulation to live testing, collaborating with multiple teams and external partners.

In this role, you will mentor senior engineers, drive architecture choices, and ensure mission readiness through robust hardware/software validation.

Qualifications

• Experience developing autonomy software for unmanned platforms.
• Ability to design mission behaviors and platform controls.
• Familiarity with integration across hardware, software, and testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop autonomy code for unmanned platforms (air, maritime, space, expendables).
• Own end-to-end testing from software-in-the-loop to live tests.
• Mentor engineers and influence cross-team architecture decisions.
• Coordinate hardware/software validation and mission readiness across teams.
