Qualifications

• 10+ years deploying mission-critical industrial automation systems.
• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with high-risk materials processing and uptime requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & System Design: lead strategy, software architecture, and electrical design for modular, scalable control systems.
• Software & Automation Engineering: develop HMI and PLC code in Structured Text; implement Fieldbus protocols.
• Electrical & Hardware Design: create schematics, power distribution, panels, and networks.
• Execution, Validation & Quality: drive end-to-end integration, testing, FAT/SAT, and documentation.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment: mentor engineers and collaborate with vendors, scientists, and technicians.
