Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Staff Agentic Software Automation Engineer to lead automation strategy for a domain, shaping scalable agentic tooling and orchestration. You will drive adoption, mentor engineers, and align automation with business goals, located in Irvine or nearby.

The Staff Agentic Software Automation Engineer sets automation and test direction for a domain or product area, leading the design of scalable automation systems built around agentic tools and approaches. This role has the technical depth and organizational influence to drive adoption of agentic automation practices, including agent orchestration and oversight, across teams, and serves as a senior escalation point for automation and test infrastructure decisions.

Benefits:
Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $157,400 to $200,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
