Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience in auditing, risk management, financial analysis, or a combination.
• Master’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.
• Professional certification such as CFA or CRM preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in Credit Risk Management at a large bank or financial services organization preferred.
• Experience in credit policy or underwriting and data analytics/quant modeling is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop engagement planning documentation and audit programs to cover risks.
• Design and execute audit procedures, verify internal controls, and analyze evidence.
• Prepare clear, organized documentation including draft findings.
• Maintain strong client and team relationships and communicate audit progress clearly.
• Prioritize work and manage multiple priorities; support the team when needed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to audit staff, including junior associates.
