Our Senior Staff Auditors and Audit Managers will ensure timely completion of audit deliverables and manage the workflow of staff. In addition, Senior Staff Auditors and Audit Managers will monitor and assess the performance of staff to make improvements, increase efficiency, and/or take corrective action. Senior Staff Auditors and Audit Managers will communicate with companies under audit to obtain necessary documentation to fulfill audit requirements, lead status calls with companies under audit, and work with Holders to ensure data requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Senior Staff Auditors and Audit Managers also analyze financial documents, external bank reconciliations, and internal documentation such as bank to book reconciliations, check registers, and other downloads from internal systems (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, etc.) to create populations of potential unclaimed property transactions.
The ideal candidate must be thorough and detail-oriented, possess the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing, manage multiple tasks, and have the ability to work well within a team environment and independently. A college degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. Travel within the United States will be minimally required. Significant opportunity for advancement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-7 years' experience
