The Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney role is an in-house position that will handle a designated caseload of Workers’ Compensation cases appearances before the California Workers' Compensation Boards in Riverside, San Diego, Santa Ana, Pomona and San Bernardino.
Our selected candidate will be part of a collaborative learning environment with onsite appearances in partnership with our Attorney Staff. This position is a remote work opportunity; however, our selected candidate will travel 1-4 days per week (pending future court openings) within the following geography: Riverside, San Diego, Santa Ana, Pomona and San Bernardino California.

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$114,800 - $192,000
The posted salary range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
