Job description

An immediate opening for an associate in their Los Angeles office with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling transportation litigation. Significant experience necessary in performing all aspects of discovery in transportation matters as well as attending mediations. Must also have ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Offices are currently remote.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Associates are given meaningful, hands on legal work at every stage of their careers while working closely with other attorneys and Partners. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a track record of insightful research and persuasive writing abilities. We are looking for candidates who can assume immediate responsibility and are willing to work as an integral part of a collaborative team.
  • Must also have the ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • JD must be from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in California
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in handling transportation litigation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • State court experience
