Job summary

The Boeing Company in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Staff Analyst to join the 737 Fulfillment Northline team. This onsite role partners with senior leadership to drive staffing plans, meetings, and project execution.

You will develop briefings, manage budgets, and coordinate organizational initiatives across functions; 7+ years in business operations and strong data analysis skills are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations.
• 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and/or managing projects for Senior Leadership
• 5+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• 5+ years of experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
• 3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
• 3+ years of experience leading the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives

Responsibilities

• Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
• Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
• Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.
• Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
• Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
• Develops executive level briefings.
• Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
• Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
• Leads the development and deployment of training content.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.
