As a Technical Lead for the regulatory lifecycle engineering team, you will be the primary technical outlook and architect for a crucial part of our unified compliance platform. You will lead a team of engineers in building AI-first solutions to navigate an increasingly complex global regulatory landscape. You will be responsible for merging legacy systems, pioneering workflows for legal text analysis, and ensuring that our tools meet enterprise compliance standards. This role demands a deep understanding of distributed systems, AI and large language model integration, and the ability to drive consensus across highly different stakeholder groups, including legal, compliance, engineering, and product.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.


US: $262000 - $364000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities


  • Lead the architectural consolidation of existing compliance systems, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and seamless migrations.

  • Drive the development of new AI capabilities, including automated requirement mapping and legal assessment drafting, while managing AI risk.

  • Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems for complex tasks like document decomposition and metadata extraction, ensuring shared AI component reuse.

  • Establish evaluation frameworks and service level objectives for AI models, designing effective workflows to capture expert feedback.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical roadmaps and clear execution phases.
