Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to own engineering across NVIDIA enterprise systems. You will drive AI-infused automation, integration across ServiceNow and identity platforms, and support for SaaS and hybrid cloud environments.

Lead with expertise in Go/Python/Java, React.js frontends, and large-scale systems, while mentoring teammates and improving incident response. This role emphasizes automation, reliability, and scalable solutions for enterprise IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in SRE, Enterprise Support or Devops.
• Experience with SaaS, hybrid cloud, AI/ML environments.
• Experience building production-grade agentic workflows (multi-agent systems).
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and large-scale systems.
• Expertise in two or more backend languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
• Full stack experience with React.js frontend and backend APIs.
• Systems thinker with emphasis on dependencies and root-cause analysis.
• Strong incident management and blameless postmortems.
• Troubleshooting across Enterprise hybrid stacks (Jira, Microsoft, Apple/Linux/Windows).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows with LLM-based agents and orchestrations.
• Build integrations and automation pipelines across ServiceNow, identity management, monitoring platforms, and enterprise SaaS.
• Triage and resolve Enterprise issues focusing on automation and mitigation times.
• Manage and troubleshoot Enterprise scale collaboration, productivity, AI and Infrastructure systems.
• Trace and root cause complex, multi-system failures and identify recurring patterns.
• Create runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor team members on troubleshooting methodologies and systems thinking.
