Job summary

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to own the engineering efforts across NVIDIA enterprise systems. You'll partner with IT leadership to transform reactive support into strategic, AI infused automated resolution systems and prevent problems before they occur, balancing speed, security, and an exceptional user experience for NVIDIA's.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• 12+ years of experience in SRE, Enterprise Support or Devops.
• Experience with SaaS, hybrid cloud, AI/ML environments.
• Experience building production grade agentic workflows (multi-agent systems).
• Expertise in two or more backend languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
• Full stack engineering including React.js frontend and backend APIs.
• Strong incident management, root-cause analysis, and blameless postmortems.
• Troubleshooting across Enterprise hybrid stacks (Jira, Microsoft, OS, compute, AI, storage).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LLM-based agents and orchestration.
• Build integrations and automation pipelines across ServiceNow, identity management, and monitoring.
• Triage and resolve Enterprise issues with focus on automation and mitigation times.
• Manage and troubleshoot Enterprise scale collaboration, AI and infrastructure systems.
• Trace root cause, identify patterns in tickets, and build automation or self-service solutions.
• Maintain runbooks, guides, and knowledge base articles; mentor team members.
