Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive the evolution of our AI-powered employee experiences across web and mobile, partnering with our global teams to push the technical boundaries of what’s possible.

You’ll build end-to-end features, architect scalable services, embed LLMs, and mentor engineers while integrating HRIS and collaboration platforms. Emphasis on security, observability, and scalable frontend/backend patterns across cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of full-stack product engineering, including leadership at senior levels.
• Proven track record delivering consumer-grade web/mobile experiences at scale.
• Expertise in search, recommendation, or applied-AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure, K8s, and automated CI/CD.
• Strong data-modeling with relational and NoSQL stores.
• Fluency in application security.
• Strong mentoring and vision-driven implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features powering AI-rich employee experiences across web and native mobile apps.
• Architect highly performant services and UIs for a global workforce.
• Embed LLM and vector-search into product surfaces for relevance and learning loops.
• Own system design and code reviews, mentoring engineers across the team.
• Integrate third-party HRIS, collaboration, and productivity platforms for cohesive journeys.
• Champion modern front-end patterns (React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind) and cloud-native back-end practices.
• Instrument observability—tracing, logging, and SLA dashboards for 24×7 reliability.
• Uphold security, privacy, and accessibility standards and promote knowledge sharing.
