Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) required.
• 1–3 years accounting experience preferred; AI tools familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly/annual close activities and journal entries.
• Prepare reconciliations and research discrepancies for balance sheets.
• Perform contract reconciliations between customer agreements and financials.
• Assist with bank deposits and cash activity processing.
• Support management reporting and variance analysis for projects.
• Collaborate with operations on job costing and revenue recognition.
• Record and reconcile bank activity to the general ledger.
• Support accounts receivable activities and client billing assistance.
• Assist with monthly credit card reconciliations as needed.
• Participate in internal/external audit requests and schedules.
