Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong technical foundation in journal entries, reconciliations, close, and financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Proactive in evaluating processes and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own key components of the month-end close process and reconciliations.
• Analyze general ledger activity and financial results in detail.
• Investigate variances and unusual transactions to drive resolution.
• Evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Analyze trends to identify risks and areas for review.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy.
• Research complex accounting issues and provide recommendations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
