Ledgent Finance– West Palm Beach is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support multi-entity accounting in our onsite office. The role focuses on accounts payable, general ledger management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support, under mentorship from experienced leaders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 4+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, PO processing knowledge, and ERP system experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Knowledge of PO processing and three-way matching.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Heavily support and oversee accounts payable processes.
• Maintain and manage vendor records and information.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial accuracy.
• Perform accounts payable reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify financial trends.
• Review purchase orders and ensure proper three-way matching procedures.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Prepare and distribute AP reporting and analysis.
• Support multi-entity accounting operations.
• Assist with financial reporting and special projects.
• Handle ad hoc reporting, analysis, and accounting assignments as needed.
