Schulte Hospitality Group in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking an energetic Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. You will prepare income statements, balance sheets, perform reconciliations, and assist with monthly close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

This role requires at least 2 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum of two (2) years staff accountant experience.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of general accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Income Statement and Balance Sheet preparation and Analysis
• Balance Sheet account reconciliation
• Revenue auditing and reconciliation
• Prepare Journal Entries for monthly and annual close
• Daily and Monthly cash flow forecasting
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts
• Review financial statements for accuracy
• Record and reconcile mortgages and escrow accounts
• Internal control analysis
• Review Accounts Payable registers and select payments
• Assist in training Staff Accounts
