Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an experienced accounting leader to own the general ledger integrity for payroll, AP, and AR in Oracle Fusion. You will partner with global teams to ensure data accuracy and support audit readiness across entities.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting, a strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, and experience steering cross-functional initiatives. CPA is preferred, and you will mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in a complex, global organization.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, accounting operations, and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or a comparable ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger for Payroll, AP, and AR in Oracle Fusion.
• Partner with cross-functional and international teams to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare account fluctuation analyses and explain significant variances.
• Assess accounting implications of new arrangements, contracts, systems, and initiatives.
• Identify repetitive tasks and lead automation efforts, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Maintain accounting processes, controls, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes and improve close efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and mentor accounting professionals to foster accountability and high performance.
