Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to manage spreadsheets and financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries, reconciliations, and other financial documents for month-end close.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts, intercompany transfers, inventory activity, AR balances, and notes across systems.
• Support preparation and review of P&L statements and financial reporting.
• Assist with audits and information requests, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
• Review accounting processes and reports to identify efficiency improvements.
• Support cross-functional accounting initiatives and system reporting enhancements.
