Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll/ERP systems.
• Interest in AI and accounting automation.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, deductions, garnishments, and maintain accurate records.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare general ledger journal entries.
• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, compliance reporting, and internal controls.
• Manage cash reconciliations, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.
• Improve accounting processes using Excel, automation, and AI tools.
