Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. You will prepare and review financial statements, manage GL activities, and lead month-end close processes in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment.

You’ll perform reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits and tax filings, and partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, manage GL activities, and lead month-end/year-end close processes.
• Perform reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, and oversee tax filings.
• Analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, strengthen internal controls, and mentor junior staff.
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Additional duties as assigned.
