Our client in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and internal controls. This role partners with leadership on process improvements and special projects, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of general ledger and month-end close experience.
• Strong experience with balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance, internal controls, and audits.
• Strong communication skills across organization.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, manage priorities, and work independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités
