Qualifications

• Experience in an equipment rental, sales, or automotive environment is strongly preferred.

• Experience with MS Excel is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash posting, remote check deposits, and internal collections.
• AR management and customer statement generation.
• Fixed asset tracking and depreciation.
• Balance sheet reconciliations (excluding bank recs).
• Subledger reviews and AP backup.

Overview

Our client is a well established heavy equipment dealership with multiple locations seeking an experienced Sr. Staff Accountant. They are proud of their history and amazing culture and are looking for a hands on, systems savvy accountant to join their team and report to the CFO. Experience in an equipment rental, sales or automotive environment is strongly preferred. Experience with CDK/IntelliDealer ERP is also highly preferred.

Compensation in the 80-90k range. This position requires working on site in Spencer, MA with opportunity to work 1 day per week from home.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
