Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience as plumber/welder in a major commercial firm.
• Experience with LEED-certified systems and building maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs plumbing maintenance: preventive maintenance, routine upkeep, repairs, and work orders.
• Assists in managing water retention system, cistern, water treatment, cooling towers.
• Maintains documentation in the CMMS and coordinates with contractors.
• Inspects safety, OSHA compliance, and adherence to codes.
• Operates and maintains plumbing equipment and facility systems.
• Repairs sinks, fixtures, and kitchen plumbing including 3-compartment sinks.
• Welding, pipe fitting MIG/TIG and brazing as needed.
