Job summary

Sodexo Live! seeks a senior culinary operations leader for the new Tennessee Titans stadium in Nashville. You’ll oversee menus, food quality, production, kitchen teams, and execution across concessions, premium suites, clubs, and catering, delivering exceptional stadium dining experiences.

You’ll drive multi-unit culinary expertise, support menu development, plate costing, inventory, and staff training while ensuring food safety and compliance. Travel across the district to elevate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a culinary or hospitality field.
• Proven track record in multi-unit culinary leadership and cost control.
• Experience implementing food safety standards and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations across concessions, suites, clubs and catering in a stadium context.
• Oversee menus, production, quality, inventory, and plate costing with a focus on consistency.
• Recruit, train, and develop frontline and culinary leaders while maintaining standards.
