Job summary

Sodexo Live! is hiring to lead concessions operations at the brand-new Tennessee Titans stadium in Nashville. You will manage teams, service, and day-to-day execution to deliver outstanding food, beverage, and guest experiences during events.

You will oversee staffing, set direction, and manage performance, with a focus on safety, quality, and revenue. This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and availability for event-based schedules.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in food and beverage operations in large-scale venues or stadiums is a strong plus.
  • Proven leadership ability to hire, train and motivate diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle challenges professionally.

Responsibilities

Lead concessions operations at the new Tennessee Titans stadium with Sodexo Live! Manage teams, service, and day-to-day execution while delivering exceptional food, beverage, and guest experiences during exciting sporting and entertainment events.

About the job

Step into a role puts you at the heart of event-day energy, where food, beverage, and guest experience come together. You’ll lead operations, inspire teams, and make sure every detail, from service to staffing, runs seamlessly, leaving a lasting impression on every guest.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range:

$42415 - $54890
